Our horses complete the Trail Certification Program because it exposes them to various situations and stimuli and provides them necessary trail experience.
The Trail Certification Program is conducted by and completed
through Dave Chamberlin's Professional Horse Training.
The Certification Program is carried out by a Professional Horse Trainer. Once the horse successfully completes the program the horse will receive a certificate with the horse's name, a photo of the horse, and the date the program was completed. The final certificate is signed by Dances With Horses, a witness who observed the horse complete the program requirements and the horse trainer. The certificate is stamped and provided to the new horse owner at the time of sale.
Completion of the program and receipt of the certificate certifies that the horse has successfully completed the following:
The Horse Has Been Extensively Trail Ridden
The Horse As Been Overnight Camping
The Horse Has Tied With Ease For Extended Periods of
Time
The Horse Has Loaded and Successfully Trailered Over 100 Miles
The Horse Has Crossed Water & Other Trail Obstacles
The Horse Has
Been Exposed To And Mastered Rough & Uneven Terrain on the Trail
